buttered prawn


hey guys this is my first recipe here.hope u all will like it.this is what i made yesterday.didnt take photos but insyaallah someday will recook n take photos.
about 1/2 kg prawn 
belah belakang supaya kita makan bersih takdak tahi tahian udang…..we call it buttterfly.potong kepala n benda tajam kat ekor jugak.
ramas with some salt then goreng.kalau garing lg sedap.after that toskan minyak dr prawn.nanti takut too oily bila masak kuah.
about 2 tbspn butter,masak hingga cair then masukkan about 2 ulas garlic(bawang putih) yg dicincang atau potong kecil2.tumis hingga wangi….after that masukkan about 2/3 tbspn susu sejat.biar masak berbuih2…..then masukkan sedikit garam n gula.(biasanya memang sedikit manis so lebihkan gula sikit,garam xyah byk sgt sbb td dah ada garam dlm udang kan). after that masukkan udang tadi, n then sebiji telur……kacau hingga telur masak then wallah! done.
kalau nak lebih kering sedikit, u may add some susu tepung before tutup api tetapi just sekejap je n jgn kacau kuat sgt.  dah siap….last time i put byk susu tepung n hubby kata tak suka rasa susu…u guys try la ok n let me know! thanksss byeee!!!
