Biskut chocolate chip mudah dan sedap

Yeay it's holiday time!
So as stated in MOU, we're flying back to Kedah tomorrow. So I found some time to bake delicious choc cookies this afternoon. The recipes are really simple coz theres no need to measure anything..just cups and spoons...like it....this is my 2nd time trying this recipe which i took originally from great baker from other countries. Senang cerita, google ajer...hihi

2 n 1/2 cups oat
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup canola oil (i uses cooking oil)
1 tspn bicarbonate soda
1 tspn salt
2 tspn vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips

Mix everything together, except choco chips.
Beat till everything comes together. It will be crumbly though. Add in the chips. Mix well. Form balls and put on baking trays. Bake in the oven for about 20 mins. Its hard to tell whether its cooked due to the dark brown colour. I usually lift one the biscuits. If its not sticky, yes its cooked. Enjoy. Mmmm. My kids loveeeee them.

Fluffy banana cake

Today's post is about making a fluffy banana cake using pemanggang ajaib.Mine is pemanggang ajaib Vantage.

2 cups flour
1tspn baking powder
1tspn bicarbonate soda
2 eggs
1 cups of sugar
1tspn vanilla essence
3 bananas (medium-sized n mashed)
1/2 cups of cooking oil

So here it goes.
Sieve 2 cups of flour together with 1 tspn bicarbonate soda and 1tspn baking powder.
In a mixing bowl, beat 1 cup of sugar with 2 eggs until fluffy.
Add in 1tspn vanilla essence and about 3 mashed bananas(medium sized).Continue to beat.
Add in the flour bit by bit, continue to beat.
Last but not least, pour in 1/2 cup of cooking oil. Then ,mix well.
Finally, pour the batter into pemanggang ajaib.
Use small heat.Bake till they're cooked well.

Personally,I made 2 potions for this recipe. Everything times 2 coz if I didnt, the cake would be too thin and too low. I also put a large pot cover under the magic griller coz I found out if I used it directly above the heat, the bottom of the cake will burn. My sis in law said she used pemanggang ajaib Happy Call but her cakes never get burnt. She said its thicker than the other brand. So I guess for other brands, you got to try for yourself first. Trial and error whether ur cake will bake nicely or not.

Happy trying!
