siakap 3 rasa


1 fish.scale,siang lumur dgn garam n kunyit n goreng hingga garing.angkat. put aside.meanwhile, boleh buat kuah dlm kuali lain sementara tggu ikan masak
kuah,xyah bubuh minyak gi coz ikan dah berminyak.campurkan about 2tbspn cili sos n 3 tbspn sos tomato…masuk sedikit air utk larutkan sos. kemudian tuang dlm kuali..biar mendidih jap, masukkan hirisan bwg merah, putih, halia, boleh masukkan accesory seperti tomato belah 4, bwg besar belah 4, timun etc….kemudian masukkan gula n garam. bg manis sikit. last sekali masukkan sedikit cuka. kalau xda perah limau pun bole nak bg masam sikit..pastu dah mendidih n kuah dah jadi pekat boleh tutup n tuang atas ikan. boleh juga kalau nak masuk ikan dalam kuah dan dimasak bersama seketika.ikan akan jadi lembik sikit la sbb menyerap kuah. tadaaaa. dah siap.
kalau ada rasa manis, masin n masam itu lah 3 rasa! boleh try guna ikan merah n kerapu juga.happy cooking!

nasi goreng tomato simple


hey i cooked nasi goreng malas pagi tadi,(sbb nak cepat siap dah lewat nak g kerja)
kalau nak tumis bwg boleh.hiris kecil bwg putih about 2 ulas n tumis dlm 2 tbspn minyak panas.kalau nak omit bwg pun boleh just like i did this morning,sbb malas nak koyak.haha.after that bila dah wangi, masukkan nasi putih about 2-3 senduk nasi. goreng jap bagi panas dan minyak sekata,masukkan sos tomato 2-3 tbspn jugak ikut nasi. kacau bg sebati then masukkan telur sebiji atau 2. biar hampir masak jap baru kacau sekata pada nasi. lastly masuk sedikit garam n ajinomoto. tadaaaa….nasi koboi dah siap.selamat mencuba!

buttered prawn


hey guys this is my first recipe here.hope u all will like it.this is what i made yesterday.didnt take photos but insyaallah someday will recook n take photos.
about 1/2 kg prawn 
belah belakang supaya kita makan bersih takdak tahi tahian udang…..we call it buttterfly.potong kepala n benda tajam kat ekor jugak.
ramas with some salt then goreng.kalau garing lg sedap.after that toskan minyak dr prawn.nanti takut too oily bila masak kuah.
about 2 tbspn butter,masak hingga cair then masukkan about 2 ulas garlic(bawang putih) yg dicincang atau potong kecil2.tumis hingga wangi….after that masukkan about 2/3 tbspn susu sejat.biar masak berbuih2…..then masukkan sedikit garam n gula.(biasanya memang sedikit manis so lebihkan gula sikit,garam xyah byk sgt sbb td dah ada garam dlm udang kan). after that masukkan udang tadi, n then sebiji telur……kacau hingga telur masak then wallah! done.
kalau nak lebih kering sedikit, u may add some susu tepung before tutup api tetapi just sekejap je n jgn kacau kuat sgt.  dah siap….last time i put byk susu tepung n hubby kata tak suka rasa susu…u guys try la ok n let me know! thanksss byeee!!!

hello.hi.assalamualaikum. yesterday i cooked.n i really felt like nak share la nak share la with others…coz i know nowadays ramai giler people seached the internet for recipes…including me myself n i…so i told myself,why dont i give it a try?selalu sgt tgk blog org pasal recipes…..its so much fun sharing with those that have same interest…..so here i am, back from work…kebetulan hubby left his laptop n broadband at home….balik2…letak anak in her car n got my engine started right away……….i hope with this i will rajin2 la post recipe together with photos sekali…n not hangat2 tahi ayam jer…..insyaAllah….if ada masa terluang i will spend some time uploading new recipes…i hope this site memberi manfaat kepada u all semua.thanks.happy reading n cheers!
